Event & Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the execution of all event branding/programme plans timely.
• Managing the sales process from start to finish, including booking events, entering data into a computer system, and collecting payment from clients
•Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships and sponsorship agreements.
•Assist in develop proposal and present to clients
•Negotiating contracts with vendors and sponsors on behalf of the organization
•Coordinate promotional activities with media partners,including press releases,interviews ,and media coverage
•Stay updated on current trends,music genres,and artists to identify potential opportunities for booking show
•Creating detailed plans for each event along with timelines and budgets
•On-site/tear down setup coordination and supervision of suppliers
•Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet project requirements
•Proper and accurate administration/paperwork to ensure an effective and efficient project delivery
•Assist to source,recruit,and manage volunteers/crews for the event
•Handle clients and promote a positive branding for corporate image
•Process quotations,invoices,and preparation of post event reports for the clients
•Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
